　　1、作业先前用手搬动飞轮，检查传动机构和工作装置，调整间隙，坚固螺丝，确认无误后启动空运转，检查轴承应无异响，齿轮应啮合良好。

　　2、作业前检查润滑情况，按润滑表规定进行润滑；检查三角皮带松紧度；检查各传动机构有无异常现象，若系旋转刀盘剪断式，则先运转调直筒12分钟，运转正常后再起动切断机构，同时检查离合器是否灵活可靠。检查电路和开关，线头连接应牢固，保险丝应符合规定，电磁开关应接触可靠，动作灵活，接地应良好。

　　2.
